LJ300 continuous rotary extrusion machine adopts 9.5mm or 12mm clean aluminum rods as raw material. It can be used to extrude different types of aluminum wires, including flat wires, round wires and high precision aluminum tubes.

LJ350B continuous rotary extrusion machine adopts 12mm or 15mm clean aluminum rods as raw material. It can be used to extrude different types of aluminum wires, including flat wires, round wires, and sector conductors.

LJ400 continuous rotary extrusion machine adopts 12mm or 15mm clean aluminum rods as raw material. It can be used to extrude different types of sector conductors and large aluminum stripes (product state is soft).

LJ400 Al Flat Wire & Sector Line

The LJ400 continuous rotary extrusion line is mainly utilized to extrude aluminum busbar and aluminum strip products with unlimited length. It offers an average production efficiency of 500kg per hour.

LJ350B Al Flat Wire & Sector Line

The LJ350B continuous rotary extrusion line is used to produce aluminum busbars and other types of aluminum strips with width below 80mm. These extruded aluminum products are widely used in military, electronics, lithium batteries, air conditioner, packaging, and more industries.
