When determining the profile type to be extruded, we need to know if it will be made of copper or aluminum. If you need an extrusion solution for copper profiles, we need to know if you are going to be extruding copper wires, copper rods or copper bars. If you need an extrusion solution for aluminum profiles, we need to know if you are going to be extruding aluminum flat wires, aluminum tubes or aluminum plates. In addition to this basic information, we also need to know the profile size that will be extruded, and its intended applications. Inform us of any special requirements you may have, such as production cost control, or the total area of the extrusion line, and we will offer the best copper and aluminum extrusion line solutions based on your requirements and information you’ve given us.

✔ As a manufacturer of copper and aluminum continuous extrusion machinery with more than ten years of production experience, Aibang is able to strictly control the design, production, and on site installation in order to offer customers the best solution for their needs.
✔ Not only does our team have extensive experience in design and experience, having allowed us to serve numerous customers, but we also own and operate our own production workshop, outfitted with a full line of production equipment, including 5 large CNC machine tools and 6 pieces of processing equipment. This ensures we are able to satisfy all customer production requirements, and ensure production completion within the promised delivery period.
✔ Before the equipment leaves the factory, we will perform electromechanical debugging, and once the equipment arrives at the customer’s location, we will send a professional technician to the site to assist customers in installation, commissioning, and training within 15 days.
