Changzhou Aibang Machinery & Science Technology Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer of continuous rotary extrusion lines for copper and aluminum products. These production lines are available with different specifications and can produce yields such as the aluminum tube, copper flat wire, soft aluminum section wire, and the copper busbar and profile. Also available are continuous rotary extrusion equipment for producing aluminum clad steel wires.
Our production site covers nearly 9,000m2, a research and development center accounts for an additional 2,500m2. The R&D center is equipped with complete sets of precision testing instruments and large-format processing equipment, allowing us to independently develop and manufacture key components. Additionally, our company has established close cooperative relationships with authoritative non-ferrous metal research institutions and universities. that is on the special allowance of the state council.

Technical personnel accounts for over 75% of our staff composition, 58% of which are dedicated researchers. Notably, we have in our employment 5 senior technicians and 1 designated expert that is on the special allowance of the state council.
Over the years, we have introduced over 20 technologically innovative machines, more than a dozen of which have been recognized as "Provincial Hi-Tech Products". These breakthroughs have led to the procurement of 17 proprietary intellectual property rights. With great emphasis placed upon new product development, we sought to improve the internal infrastructure of our management system. Consequently, we passed the certifications for ISO9001. Our continuous rotary extrusion equipment has became European CE certified. All management-related conduct is executed in full compliance with SGS and CE standards.
Our copper and aluminum continuous extruding machines have received critical acclaim both domestically and internationally. It is commonly utilized for copper/aluminum processing and is widely applicable for industries such as motor, transformer, aerospace, transportation, and wire and cable. Aibang continuous rotary extrusion lines are distributed in 22 provinces nationwide and exported overseas to countries and regions including America, Italy, Brazil, Russia, India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Bengal, etc.
